The weekly charges for renting our property in 2024 fully inclusive of all linens, utilities (gas, electricity and BT Wi-Fi) and towels are as follows:

Month Weekly Cost January £500 February £500 March £550 April £600 May £650 June £700 July £800 August £800 September £700 October £650 November £500 December £500 (except for Christmas/New Year)

A non-refundable deposit of £200 per week is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable six weeks prior to the start date of your holiday. Weekly changeover day is normally a Saturday.
