The weekly charges for renting our property in 2026 fully inclusive of all linens, utilities (gas, electricity and BT Wi-Fi) and towels are as follows:

Month Weekly Cost January £600 February £600 March £650 April £750 May £800 June £850 July £900 August £900 September £800 October £750 November £600 December £600 (except for Christmas/New Year)

A non-refundable deposit of £200 per week is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable six weeks prior to the start date of your holiday. Weekly changeover day is normally a Saturday.
